Zinc

This supplement contains citric acid and apple & mixed berry concentrate which improve the absorption of the zinc.

Zinc is best taken with food, especially those naturally rich in zinc such as seafood, seaweed and pumpkin seeds. However some people prefer to take zinc right before bed because of evidence that the body absorbs it very well at this time.
